Rehab Budget: $65,000

Sold For: $330,000

We acquired this Temple Terrace (a Tampa neighborhood) property in very poor condition. To make this one a bit different, we chose to create a charcoal accent wall upon entrance to the residence. It moved quickly for a handsome profit.
