The Castle Rock team is made up of executives with extensive backgrounds in the fields of Real Estate Construction and Development, Banking, Lending, Interior Design, Accounting, and other related fields that make our team one of the most experienced in the industry. Members of our team have anywhere from 10 to more than 30 years of experience in what we do, so you know you’re getting the best team available to manage portfolios.
In 2005, it was clear to a select few that the real estate and loan markets were going to crash and crash hard. Understanding the fundamentals that were at play, we began laying the groundwork for what became Castle Rock. Originally named Castle Rock Commercial Capital, we focused exclusively on commercial bridge lending and real estate investment through the purchase of non-performing commercial loans from banks and hedge funds. Later, we moved into the residential space and we’ve never looked back. Today, we not only work as portfolio managers in these fields, but we also help others build their real estate, lending, and non-performing loan portfolios.
