About us
Castle Rock is a Florida-based real estate and loan investment firm specializing in developing and renovating real estate, originating and brokering loans, and managing non-performing loans. With more than 30 years of experience in the field, we’re known nationally as experts in the field.
We got into real estate more than a decade ago by mistake. With our extensive lending experience, we worked with banks by clearing their balance sheets of delinquent mortgage loans. As many distressed borrowers began turning over their properties to us, we found ourselves with a growing real estate portfolio. We soon began renovating and building homes on those properties for sale on the retail market. More than a decade later, our real estate design and management teams are some of the best in the country. We’ve found that many people desire to build real estate portfolios, but they lack the resources, experience, and connections to do so…or they simply don’t know where to start. We’ve mastered the systems necessary to build a formidable real estate empire.
